Let's compare, shall we? The Nazis wanted to genocide the Jews. Israel... a Jewish people, mind you... want to genocide Palestinians. I mean, the comparison is legit. That's not slander or defamation, that's just facts.
The fact this even had to be debated in court shows how backwards of a country Germany is. No, jailing people for speech is not progressive or good. It's a form of fascist control.
