Sometimes when you order off Amazon and the like (Etsy, Ebay) you get little thank yous. The more religious sellers put bible quotes on them
I'm guessing it is something like that, but more escalated like a pamphlet?

I was raised giving them out to people. In my adult life, I've seen them left behind on public transit and in laundromats.
