Around 1 minute in, isn't he cutting toward himself? Wouldn't that slice into his torso if anything broke or slipped at that point?

Actually, it would be extremely lucrative if flock was the people cutting down the cameras, wiping them, and selling them back to the user/municipality at the replacement cost stated in the contract, and using Antifa as a cover.
