You’re the only other person I’ve met who always has theirs on.

Not that it matters much, but I find you can view reddit if you reconnect a couple of times until you find an IP they haven’t blocked.

Wow 9 years ago! I remember reading that day of.

I got curious if the widower is still active on reddit and saw they made a post on r/widowers about their late wife only a couple months ago :(

Pretty wholesome post... yet still a shitty movie detail post... well done.

Don't compliment OP, they're just copying and pasting from reddit. I think everything they've posted here is someone else's joke

They claim to not be a bot but the posts are scheduled...so I'm not sure about that

Tbh I don’t mind scraping bots. If the stuff they post is lame I’ll block the bot. Of course original content is better, but lemmy would have a rough time getting by with just its OC.

Credit would be nice, though.

Most things on the internet are not OC. It would be worse than rough to impose that restriction.

Or at least tagging themselves as a bot so people don't think it's OC

The content stands on its own either way. Use your votes.

Just make every community a mirror of reddit, why not. Every website is just a bucket to dump content from other websites nowadays

I think you miss the point. Whether it is or isn't tagged won't affect the post. Your interaction does.

You're also able to start your own community.

I think you missed the point. This is the homogenization of the internet

You fool! You thought your wife was the most beautiful woman in the world but your judgment is, in fact, impaired because you love her. She might actually be only second or third!

casually tosses apple up in the air i got a way to settle this

A loss for all of us, as I too would have chosen OPs wife for the role.

I can understand taking the joke from the reddit community but man even the comments are making the same jokes

I'm just going to interject here that you included a picture not of Helen but of her sister Clytemnestra.

You reached the end
