People who are still using meta products might lean towards the demographic that isn't as educated on it. And the top 3 scam platforms according to the article are meta ones. Which either leans older or younger these days with them appearing to have the same level of tech literacy.

GenZ is actually even more likely to get scammed than boomers. So no, not only have they not learned, they've actively gotten worse.

The study does acknowledge some correlationary aspects as opposed to direct reasons, such as increased online presence, but still... It's real bad mama, it's real real bad with these youths.
