They handled a case for a friend of mine whose human pretended to throw a ball but really just tucked it behind their back. Dog was searching for hours or approximately 35 seconds (depending on which party you ask) before looking back to see the human holding it again. Absolutely crushed the dog's sense of trust. Can't get into the specifics of the settlement they reached but let's just say that client will be getting bellyrubs and rhetorical questions about who the good dog is for the rest of their life.

I need to countersue my dog. I found out he's been getting double treats by going to another family member.
