Slowing assembling this RÅSKOG trolley while listening to the new Sunn O))) album. Found it in a large skip... brand new! Also found several boxed and unopened electronics and a decent DVD player -- something for a later post.
Not a fan of Ikea, avoid it at all times... but this trolley is ideal to keep materials in our hobby room. Why do people discard brand new stuff? Why don't even bother to unseal and open stuff?

You obviously didn't fall for the trap that each basket is slightly smaller as you go up. I had assumed they were all the same size and was very confused for a moment.
I've assembled a similar one in the past and run into the same problem... always learning 😆
