Mediterranean tonight, again
Flapjacks and muffins are not part of a Mediterranean diet (just in case…)
Harry Pokeman City Potter
Brand new Slytherin Scarf (still with tag), Man City beanie, empty Pokémon ball... part of a bigger booty.
17 mins, 30 secs.
Slowing assembling this RÅSKOG trolley while listening to the new Sunn O))) album. Found it in a large skip... brand new! Also found several boxed and unopened electronics and a decent DVD player -- something for a later post.
Not a fan of Ikea, avoid it at all times... but this trolley is ideal to keep materials in our hobby room. Why do people discard brand new stuff? Why don't even bother to unseal and open stuff?
Half year of discarded electronics-related goodies
Photo taken last year. All good or in perfect condition! Most was donated, just kept most of the memory sticks, the apple USB / HDMI adapter and one of the "cube" power adapters.
I love these guys!
Dumpster diving channels on Youtube are a bit of a hit-and-miss really. But over the last 8 or so years I've discovered truly entertaining ones. Here's my top 7:

Mediterranean tonight!
A last-minute from being binned meal: bread with olives, artichokes hearts, sun dried tomatoes, feta stuffed peppers, pimentos, dry-cured ham and a fantastic selection of sandwiches.
One person’s binned Warhammer is another person’s treasure.
That’s true, folks. Found a nice haul of WH 40k Imperial Agents (?) and a couple of incomplete imperial knights in the bin. Got caught in the act by this nice bin worker who told me that he took a couple of unopened WH boxes from the same bin last week!
Monday is Pizza and Beer
Leftovers from a meeting on ... er... sustainable development...
Big trash night - bisexual bookshelf edition
Also found a couple good plant pots, an IKEA roller cart, two large rubber garage flooring mats, a perfectly good 12x14 jute rug, two more bookshelves, three short cast iron tables, and an antique pickax head! Took three trips to get it all back. Big trash night is fantastic!
We went out like 830 and wrapped up circling the neighborhood by 1030. There were already other folks circling by then.
