Elon Musk’s company sues Minnesota over new law to bar manipulated images to fake nudity
You can't make this up. It's like being anti-Antifa.
If you're against something that's objectively terrible, what does that make you?

must be a coincidence
Hmm. That level of evil hadn't crossed my mind yet.
I don't know why. Thanks for dispelling my illusions.
A human piece of shit has to take a stand for his values.
He doesn't need to "take a stand", he needs to take THE stand... At his trial, under oath, where he can't just shrug of their questions.
I would be ok if he left us hanging.
"You can't just take away people's rights to show assholes!"
We're not! Just fake assholes. It's consumer protection really
yeah it was a joke around a demolition man quote where I changed one word. wesley snipes character says it.
Isn't the logical unintended consequence of this type of suit an implicit invitation to create unflattering nude images of Musk with bonus points if done so with his own LLM?
I could see the defense of this suit introducing these fake unflattering Musk nude images into evidence, and if the prosecution pushes back it would essentially negate the prosecutions argument that these should be legal.
Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they only designed it to work with girls.
That seems to be an easy problem to bypass with an image manipulation by cutting and pasting of a head onto a different gendered body.
