Maybe they could build schools that can be easily converted to shooting ranges?
Sorry... It just pisses me off so much that Americans let school shootings happen all the time and do nothing to fix the issue...

That, I call a successful case of a continued use of Olympia infrastructure. Often times it just rots away for various reasons, like lack of maintenance. Can't say for sure if both applies to the prison.
