“Undisclosed middle eastern country” sounds like it translates to “problematic middle eastern country”
Problem is it could be one of a few.

I'm sure this is going to be used for completely moral purposes.
They're for detecting things in the air, not people on the ground.
Seems they detect things on land too.
Primarily air, that's where you get the biggest benefit.
