That is definitely a Lada Oka. It may be a more rare variant than the one with fixed lights because this particular model was pretty popular, it even got sold as an NEV in the US for like retirement neighborhoods.

It could be a Daihatsu Cuore, but this particular image appears to display Lada badging right in the front, though I can't find every many good results for inages that match the painted front bumper, chrome centered logo, and headlights.
