Posing as ICE agents? How would you tell the difference?
That's the neat part, you can't.
Waiting for that to be a defense for causing great bodily harm to a "real" ICE agent because you have no way of telling real from fake.
They might be stupid enough to say that, but it's just teeing-up critics to say ICE should be unmasked and in uniforms.
The defendant wouldn't be stupid to say that, they're just trying to live.
Is there anyway in which them not wearing masks is worse than them wearing masks?
