Man, the "think of the children" bullshit has really had the exact opposite effect they intended it to have, my foot reaction to this was to disapprove just because it was a law targeting kids
But those stupid freakshakes you get at pubs are ok. Monster is bad for a 14 year old but 2500 calories of freakshake is bad too! Maybe parents should keep better track of what their kids consume.

Banning Monster for under 16s? More attacks against British Trans youth!
Monster is a clichΓ© trans meme drink. My comment was something called a joke, which apparently is a new concept to you.
You have such impeccable form as you jump from conclusion to conclusion, sailing right over the joke.
Isn't this old news? Have had to be 16 to buy energy drinks here for years. What am I missing
Its not currently illegal but loads of stores have their own policy not to server them to under 16s

Isn't that the point, monster drinks are substantially more accessible to the average 14 year old while not under adult supervision than freakshakes.
True. I just really hate freakshakes.
Dammit I was so close to never knowing what a freakshake is
This guy's got a grip on that red bull like it owes him money.
Arguably the sugar levels and serving sizes are a factor in tea and coffee. The dessert beverages are a different story.
