I've seen a small box that was all mirrors inside you could put your head into in some science center, it's way better, you have to try it if you have the chance

You can do this by setting two mirrors opposite each other. It's pretty amazing if you didn't have a computer growing up.

Since we're dealing with magic or divine rites, imagine if there was recursion with no latency. That would be so weird.

There's lag unless its magically projected into your brain. There's a time delay for photon signal and visual processing otherwise.
