I know this is the onion, but hell 1984 was fiction too at one time. This hits too close to home.

Tbh they could be using these right now to spy on the domestic population and we would likely never know. These things fly at like 50,000 feet since theyre unmanned. You sure as shit arent gonna see that from the ground. Plus its small, at least compared to commercial aircraft, so you probably wouldnt even see it from an aircraft flying at normal cruising altitude either. Compared to a CRJ700 (regional jet sized plane that is tiny compared to a 737), the reaper drone is 3x shorter, half as tall, and has a way skinner body. The only thing similar in size is the wingspan

It makes sense considering they wouldnt be good at bombing people if they were easy to see
