taoism·Daoism (Taoism) 道教byVegafjord oakframer

Looking for daoist community

Im just checking if this community is alive.

Im very interested in daoism at the moment, particularily because it feeds into the world view Im making.

Im currently looking into an excellent translation of daodejing into conservative newnorwegian "Boka om vegen og dygda" (The book of the way and the deed) by Ole Bjørn Rongen. The book has three parts. The first part is explaining the methodology of the translation, the second is the resulting tranalation, and the third is commentary and word by word analysis.

I like buddhist thought and then get into daoism because the two do compliment each other well. Chan was a natural progression.

I also find daoism fascinating as a juggler, because being in the moment while juggling feels like the way.

Juggling correctly puts you in the perfect balance of action versus non-actioon. Right on.

The most amazing feeling in juggling is when you do no action. It is just flow. You just feel that the body knows what to do, and you let it.
