When I was younger two of my best friends hated each other. The reason was that both of them heard, that the other one didn’t like them.

This went on for years until we randomly all met and I brought it up.

Never figured out, who told them this crap.

Not to be that guy, but both those commas don't need to be there.

I tended to have always kept a very small, tight knit circle of friends, so when something went down, which was rarely, it went really down. Not out of insult, but of ego. Which I think is a misunderstanding in its own right tbh.

In my teens and early 20s I had 2 people that I would consider best friends, really close. I loved them, still do. I don't talk to them much because we let ourselves get in the way of it. You live and you learn. ..both of them were born within a week of me, on either side. Kinda interesting.

You reached the end

In a group of friends, what has been the greatest damage you've seen caused by a misunderstanding? Have you seen something being interpreted as an insult when it arguably wasn't so? | Spyke
