[Discussion] Are you playing any interesting indie on a mobile device?

It has been a while while since the last discussion here. This time let's talk about indie games on mobile devices. Do you know any good ones that you are playing?

I recently discovered an open source game for android called idle fantasy that I enjoy playing. But it's mostly gui driven by clicking on buttons to start tasks like going through a dungeon that auto complete after some time passes. It's a very passive game without any game graphics with expeption some icons.

The game is updated regularly with new content and bug fixes.
it's not available on the play so you have to download it from fdroid or from githbub https://github.com/tristinbaker/IdleFantasy

Grimshire on Steam Deck.

basically Stardew Valley but furry with real stakes if you don't keep your community supplied, while the world outside gets worse and worse so you gotta provide more and more.

Still early access and controls aren't exactly perfect but it's really compelling so far.

I just experienced

::: spoiler spoiler

the death of one of the villagers after I had to choose between feeding the oppressive "defenders" of the village, or fully supply an attempt to tame a wild predator that was killing the village livestock. I couldn't possibly have done both on the "grim" difficulty so my decision ended in someone's younger brother dying, and now the whole tone of the game is informed by that tragedy.

Many interesting games, some of them I already know but also games I didn't know of. I will try a few out.

Both your izzysoft links give a "not found" for me (andor & aaaaxy)

Edit: but they link through to fdroid so it doesn't really matter.

IdleFantasy has a lot of potential. I hope they keep developing it. Don't know what the point of the game is, but I play. 😄

I think the point is that you can easily play between doing other stuff without getting lost in the gameplay

Yeah sure. Just mean that it doesn't seem to have a goal. Collecting XP for the sake of collecting XP.

You reached the end
