You know, I'm glad that self driving cars are deciding to be safe rather than sorry when confronted with situations it wasn't trained for, like witchcraft.

I imagine so, as long as it's solid enough to look like a real road marking.

That said a web search revealed this was from 2017 so I have no clue if it still works at all.

The most popular "full self driving car" Tesla only uses cameras for navigating.

I would bet 500 that this still tricks teslas.

Fucking before the telsa was even announced there was 100 YouTube videos on how its impossible to do full self driving due to elons stupidity of refusing to add lidar. And like 10+ years ago teslas where supposed to be 2 years away from fsd. Its almost 2027 and we are still 2 years away from full self driving. Weird huh?

With them I guess it is is a sensitivity to certain smells so they wont cross marker lines.
