In what way are they extremists if they have the support of the majority of the Jewish Israeli population?
It is not related to being Jews. Some of Indians also support Zionism . And it doesn’t change the reality that they are extremist like extremist ISIS terrorists
Read the public polling. An extremist is someone that does something that only a small sliver of the public would support, but the genocide has pretty broad support among the Israeli public. Calling it extremism hides that reality.
And, yes, "extremism" can simply mean "violent" in a journalistic context, but there are natural implications.
