Ukraine is still hitting Russian refineries, and claim to have taken out about 40-45% of the Russian refining capacity. And apparently Ukrainian drones are next to unopposed when attacking even Moscow that has the strongest air defense in Russia, because Ukraine somehow evade the Russian air defenses.
This will only get worse for Russia, and Russia is already short on money, so importing fuel will cost them in other areas.
