how to stop breasts from bouncing painfully?

NSFW

so, for background, we test drive various smaller, rigid wheeled vehicles, and it can get very shaky very fast.

HRT has also resulted in a considerable growth of our breasts and bottom, and its still going to go a lot further.

anyways, we seem to have been able to deal with the latter by means of spandex shorts (the ones that those hardcore cyclists wear), but even with a bra put on tightly it can get real uncomfortable REAL fast. like to the point we risk going off course and crashing into stuff due to how distracting the feeling of our boobs is.

and its not like "oh hehe boobs go very jiggly" it can genuinely be painful, most notably when jumping the vehicle. and this is with a bra!!

what are your suggestions on how to approach this?

i could be wrong but i think effective support is more about pushing the boobs up a bit rather than smooshing them tighter. you might try a well padded push up sports bra. that way when your boobs bounce down the bra itself takes the force rather than the connective tissue.

Yep, good sports bras are designed precisely for reducing painful bounce when running or other exercise.

Adding to the other comments about sports bras, try to get sports bras with the little holes in them to adjust padding. Not only does it make it much easier to fix padding when it inevitably scrunches up in the wash, but you can also get different shapes and thicknesses of padding online, or even make your own! Not all padding is created equally, and you might find a certain shape works better than others.

On the other hand ive not been on hrt long enough for this to become a problem yet, so my advice may not be the best 😂

@[email protected] Go to a fitness wear store and get yourself a good sports bra. Depending on your boobs, a simple compression bra might be sufficient, but otherwise an encapsulating bra will do the trick.
