Rotisserie chicken tacos and bean salad.
Too hot to cook so I only used enough heat to fry the tortillas.
Wing and leg meat with some verde sauce. Chickpeas, cannellini, cucumber, avocado, lemon & lime juice, cumin. Greek seasoning.
Cool, refreshing. Cost per person: $3.50

White beans are underestimate, tell you hwat..!!
