The suddent change from noise and air pollutions must be appreciable. Scarcity sometimes shows us how things we considered normal can change for the better.

As goes Cuba, so go we all, eventually. In some ways they are fortunate, getting these in place while they are readily available.

Wish three wheelers like this were legal to drive where I live!

They are sorta legal here but a pain to get. Electric tuktuk is probably the best choice. Then stick the solar panels at home.
