Great recipe! I used it a couple months ago and it turned out darn near perfect. It made enough that I cut it in half and shared some with friends.
What’s the filling?
Chicken schnitzel, cheese and avocado. I put oregano and garlic on top.
I thought it was breaded potato.
Yum!
Sigh... Looks like I'm making focaccia again this weekend.
