Um, it means they are actively editing it? Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
There's a whole section now on "Mid-2026 hospitalization and death rumors". I assume they didn't write that until recently.

there are no stupid questions, but there certainly are questions that seem to have bad intentions..
