Ok but the Disney live action remakes though? At least have a little self respect.

I'm not gonna because I don't wanna. But I won't tell others what they shouldn't watch for basic entertainment.

(The live action remakes occasionally have representation of minorities that otherwise wouldn't exist, and little kids aren't doing me harm watching them)

I just saw a trailer last night for Moana, live action. The original movie is not even 10 years old yet.

I remember when they used to make a movie and then have a video game come out after it, and the game would either be a banger or a total flop. Now it seems they've replaced the "video game" stage with the "live action" stage.

There was a live action Moana in the 1930's, so...

(Not to defend Disney, just that it's not a clear thing. Also Fuck Disney)

I've never seen the movie and did not know that it was a pre-established story, figured that it was sorta kinda loosely based on Hawaiian culture / folklore, should've known that it was a ripoff of an already made movie based on Disney's originality

Hey, the 30s one might be public domain, so it follows their pattern of ripping off public domain shit and not paying taxes

I'm not sure if I ever envisaged Hermione as Belle, and with respect to her, I just think she could have taken example from Daniel Radcliffe simply on not taking on big bucks. Each to their own I guess.

Could've gotten a proper brown haired Belle.

I really like Beauty and the Beast so I can't get it out of my mind.

Edit: She has dyed brown hair yes. Well...

Fair, I associate her with tawny but checking the images, yeah it's very brown. Hmm... It's just not RIGHT.
