I feel seen, very specifically.

Male teen: "I need more protein, I'm working out" ::eats half a tub of Greek yogurt::

I pick up a bunch of on sale the next week and they're still sitting in the fridge a week later. But now the eggs are all gone. ::eyeroll::

If you're American, I guarantee everyone in your home needs a little more fiber.

Same, but with milk. One week, we'd empty a gallon in four days, so I'd buy an extra half-gallon the next week, and he wouldn't touch it, leaving me to finish it. So, I'd buy only a half-gallon the next week, and yep, "We're out of milk!"

Mostly, I avoided this by limiting what he had to eat as snacks and making all of his meals. So, there wasn't much he was getting on his own.

My youngest twins each take a yogurt, eat one bite then leave it. They will do this 2-3 times per day if not stopped

Get tubs of yogurt instead of the little cups? Maybe even a tub for each twin so they can just eat it out of the tub like the little gremlins they are.

You reached the end
