I'm not doing well ATM. Exhausted achy brainfoggy and at that stage where I am sliding into big sads. Should go get a coffee and go on a bird walk. Try to kick start some movement. But am struggling to move and the thought of getting dressed is overwhelming. I can't string two thoughts together. Just needed to say something somewhere about it

brings iron, vit D and a big ol bowl of french fries with delicious chicken salt

It's a hard winter this year. Be kind to yourself .

Thanks! I have been slack on vit d and iron these past couple of weeks but I have them in me now. And have showered. And about to have a coffee. Baby steps

That sucks to hear. I hope you can take some time off for yourself soon to recharge

Got two weeks coming up and travel to the sun planned. And external pressures are coming off, just left me fried.

Do you take creatine? It can help with brain fog and motivation. I have a friend who felt exactly like you. I told her about creatine and said she might also want to look at magnesium glycinate to help with sleep. I saw her 2 weeks later and she was a brand new happy woman. Not saying it works for everyone but you gotta try something right. ๐Ÿซ‚โค๏ธ

No I don't. Though funny story I got sucked into buying a collegen supplement once because I got the words mixed up. Gonna suss it out. Thanks. Any one you recommend?

3

Collegen supplements don't work. I use this creatine. I buy it at Woolies or Coles when it's half price ($15). Don't worry about the loading phase just take a scoop (3g. The scoop comes with it) every day. Preferably in the morning. Always give something two weeks to work unless you have a bad reaction to it which that is very rare.

shells are done, there is a strange piece of coral I picked up, completely blackened by manganese /anaerobes in the mud on the beach. The frilly pair of shells is nice. ๐Ÿ˜Š

8

Thanks, the beach was covered in shells today , was terrific fun ๐Ÿ˜Š

I think I will go tomorrow and pick one of everything, I'm usually very selective

Bit devved that I couldn't make it to games night. Something popped up.

Glad to hear it went well though.

There will be another!

8

There will, but I'm probably waiting until light allows people to use outside too.

Chimkin is in the crockpot - something a bit different this time - cumin, bay leaf, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, a carrot and a twist of spring onions, about a dozen garlic cloves and a tiny bit of star anise. Will see how it turns out. Should be done by about 9 pm and will be lunches until Wednesday.

reddit is absolutely flooded with AI bots like this. There are bots that try to by more subtle by inserting "lol" and "lmfao" or randomly double letterss to make it look like a hhuman typing.

The hardest part of stuff like this is explaining to my mum that almost all comments on Facebook are synthetically generated. No mum, "Denise Smith" in Brisbane, who has a pixelated stock image of a washing machine as her profile banner, is NOT a human with real concerns about Albo's leadership.

7

It's obvious when a profile has a pixelated cover image of the person because they've obviously pulled two of someone's profile photos. But when the profile says they're a 65 year old woman and their profile photo is some flowers, it's harder to tell because 65 year old women actually do that

I think my immune system is on the fritz a bit from dealing with two sick kids. I hope that's as far as it goes

The dude I work for really fucked up the other day.

Normally, I'd go to war. But this time I've decided to choose peace. I'm thrown him a real softball to dig himself out.

Let's see if he's smart enough to realise.
