Today I prepped my shower for re- caulking.
The hard work is done. 5+ hours of dredging old sealant from tile joints. I'll let it dry overnight and finish up tomorrow.
It is now time for a burrito and beers.

I have a pork shoulder to smoke and a good selection of beers so can make it worth your while

How do you know it's dry enough to apply new sealant?

I'm sure the exposed surfaces were dry enough in less than an hour. I waited overnight to let moisture in the joints evaporate. No way to tell if it's actually dry, so it's just a matter of 'more is better'.
