I used to have a pair of good quality but well used cowboy boots, I mostly wore them with boot-cut low-waist jeans and a check shirt that was not very buttoned up over a lacy bra ... so, slutty cowgirl, lol

It was ideal for when I went to a lesbian bar regularly :-)

I don't have the boots any more, but miraculously do still have a straw cowboy hat from that time

I'd grab my beloved pair of leather hiking boots instead. I'm a little too far up north for cowboy boots. There's connotations for sure, but sometimes boots are just boots, and some people really pull them off.

I'm thinking denim jeans and a button-down with a necklace (I'm visualizing a pocket watch necklace for some reason) is a nice look. And then a denim jacket for more layering, but in a different color from the jeans. But not for me, personally.

Oh! I had a super cute dress that would have looked PERFECT with those boots. It was a short navy blue dress with an open lace on the top half of the back and a cute braided belt of the same color as those boots. Then I’d wear my denim jacket with it.

I wore something similar to a friend's 50th birthday party that had a country western theme. So much fun!!

id give them a strong glance before putting on something else lol. cowboy aesthetic doesnt really work for me.

White socks tall enough to clear the top of the boots by an inch but not go up to me knees. A cute orangey/coral/bright dress a Jean jacket and a cute leather bag. This is just an outfit I wear regularly lol
