The only way this is enforced is by neighbor complaint, and only asshole neighbors would complain about shit like this, and IME most assholes are racist.

I remember looking at a house in Bristow, OK, and learning about the chicken ordinance which was much like the OP.
We heard at least two different roosters while we were looking at the house.
I think the rooster clause will be brought up if one of your neighbours makes a noise complaint.
Like many rules, you'll be fine unless someone takes offence.
