Allergy afflicted Washingtonians of Mastodon, how do you contend with the sweet release of sleep while being simultaneously unable to breathe in any comfortable position?
During peak pollen season, there are a few things that really help me. One is rinsing my face after I've been outside for a bit, particularly if I've been sweaty and/or moving quickly (like running or biking).
The other has been having an air purifier in my bedroom.
There are a billion local bee keepers. I get some local honey to help. I don't really know if the type of honey makes a difference, but I've been having some wildflower honey in my morning tea and my eyes are at least no longer on fire.
But, yeah, aside from that, a powerful antihistamine too haha
Aller-Tec or AllerClear from Costco, also Aller-Flo (the generic Flonase spray they have.)
Get the good stuff with pseudoephedrine (behind the counter but not prescription), wear a mask, nasal spray
