I enjoyed the show and I wish there was more of it, but I watched it through the lens of what DtS is to Formula 1.

I still watch the qualifying and races live on the official YouTube channel, they're efficient with e.g. showing some interviews with the drivers during the formation lap. I mostly ignore the other promotional stuff they put on their channel but there is quite a bit of behind the scenes stuff. http://www.f1academy.com/Racing-Series/Calendar has the session times.

As for the racing, it's sometimes more entertaining than the Grand Prix, but definitely rougher watching junior drivers.

Very disappointing. This was supposed to be the inspirational jump-on point for girls to get into racing. And especially with Doriane Pin recently having some strong performances to show it's possible I was hoping for a couple of seasons of continuity at least.
