That sucks, hope you heal quickly and have a wonderful wedding day. Any chance you can take a bath with epsom salts and get a massage? That’s what works for me.

Oh I'll be fine the weddings not until the end of July, but I just have this irrational fear that I'll get hurt again lol. Thank you for the kind words

If you still have a week or two after getting better, I really recommend slowly strengthening the back muscles with very light workouts. We need exercise like any animal for physical and mental health. Not using your muscles is the opposite of protecting them (after getting better). Plus your posture will be on point.

i actually generally consider myself fairly fit, but this is really my fault. I felt a twinge yesterday morning and really went to a two hour dance practice. def expecting to be feeling fairly weak after healing though
