Weather Data: Small Steps - Big Ambitions
Progress Report:
So, building on @captcha_incorrect 's n8n script he graciously offered, and pulling data into Grafana, and learning how to python correctly....it's been a journey. However, I am happy to report that I have some weather data now. It's by no means a finished product but I have made some progress.

The extended forecast in the right hand side took me some time to figure out pagination so I could scroll through 5 days in advance. The weather tab at the top left will get a couple more tabs. One for forecast map, if I can figure that out. LOL
If you're in the Western hemisphere, NOAA has every-5-minute satellite images, using the form
https://cdn.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES16/ABI/SECTOR/se/GEOCOLOR/600x600.jpg
https://www.star.nesdis.noaa.gov/GOES/index.php will help you pick which SECTOR is most relevant.

Yo IT guy wana set up my server for me. i have a spare laptop running Ubuntu with ssh working over tailscale . if you want i can give you read and write permissions

I'll actually take you up on that . I want weather data , but i'll try fixing my arr stack first ! it's a mess
I can't help with the *arr stack as I don't run it, however there are quite a few here who do and I'm sure they'd be willing to help
