mmasterofn001 lemmy.caThis actually is a great canadian made film. I remember still watching it when it came out. Renting it from blockbuster. Not your average armageddon flick. Subtle, slow burn, gloriously quirky and depressing, with wit to spare. It's more a character study than end of world piece. It's the people in this film that matter. The rooftop scene still plays in my head, sometimes, after all these years. Mckellar was once everywhere in Canadian media, from tv to film, in front of the camera and behind the scenes. Brilliant creator. And the cast ... Just legendary.3

Didn't want to bother telling us in the title?
The URL says Last Night from 1998.
Considering the state of the world. I’m going to just say no.
