fair. ieds arent that big, you can enrich a simple hand grenade by enclosing it in a bag of metal shards or nails. thats for soft targets, hard targets, you need more, and directed, but soft targets are called soft for a reason. humans are ridiculously allergic to anything moving at a high rate of speed
