I don't know much Spanish, but I did catch that it was "(something) and (something very similar to that) and (something else)"... so I assumed a list or just talking to talk.

Shouldn't she be saying different stuff in the last panel, even if the patch doesn't work? People don't just repeat themselves... unless they have dementia

I think it's supposed to imply that the patch was applied mid-sentence.
