WIP Wednesday!!!
I'm so close to the end of my self portrait now! Filling in all the little gaps here in the final stretch feels like the most frustrating and time consuming part of the whole thing lol but each gap I fill in makes it look a little bit better!
Impressive work! How long ago did you start this project? I'm so slow to finish mine, I can't imagine how long it took for this one!
I've been working on it for about a month and a half! I would have it done by now but I stopped for about a week and a half to work on a dog portrait lol
I assumed longer! I kind of lose patience with mine and shelf them for weeks haha. I will post my current project soon!
I've tried and failed to make patterns from actual photos probably 4 or 5 times before this one! This time I tried to set a more realistic goal and reduced the size and the number of colors for the final pattern and that made it much less overwhelming
I bet! Having too many colors is a challenge, esp when they're so close in tint
