Functionally the entire concept of Hollywood movies is a form of USA softpower propaganda as an example.
China basically has the world by its nuts with things like tiktok and tencent. Promoting Chinese products that directly control or funnel news, connections and social interactions.
The USA does it's softpower via media and entertainment. China does it via social interaction and news colouring.
