A vent: It drives me absolutely bat shit raging mad when someone asks me a question they know I have to search for the answer to (like, pull up my phone and google). Why are you demanding this labour from me??? Even worse when they just walk up to me and ask, like we weren't already talking about something. So they distracted me from my current task to demand I do something they could just as easily do.
My mom is coming to visit in a few weeks and she does this all the time. I can't wait to randomly burst out crying when she does it that will be fun.
Saw my recovery coach today. We talked a bit about emotions and alexithymia.
She's also gonna help me get a very casual job.
If you are willing, I'd like to know more about what a recovery coach does. Any links would be appreciated!
She’s through the NDIS (Australia). She basically just finds services for me, we chat about stuff every few weeks for an hour or so. Shes a qualified psychologist, so we do psychology stuff too.

Had to stop feeding birds, because those guys kept raiding my bird feeder and ruining my fence.
