"You're young enough to be the start of a new evolutionary branch from the distant descendants of my children.

That's super hot."

He's also a descendant of her uncle. Arwen's kinda nasty.

I don't normally have cause to excuse cousin lovin, but 100 generations removed is probably enough.

Biologically 2nd cousin is pretty low risk amd 3rd cousins are almost the same as stramgers.

Arwen and Aragorn are 1st cousins though

Yup, they're first cousins twice: 62 times removed and 69 times removed through two different lines.

She didn't wait. And when you're an elf, they let you do it.

Just double checked, and he was raised by the elves from an even younger age, but he didn't meet Arwen until he was 20.

Aragorn loved her at first sight in his 20s but she didn't love him until he was 49 and they didn't marry until he was in his late 80s.

"And thus it was that Arwen first beheld him again after their long parting; and as he came walking towards her under the trees of Caras Galadhon laden with flowers of gold, her choice was made and her doom appointed."

So, less of a cradle robber and more of a groomer.

Elrond was basically his adoptive dad after he was dumped on the elves as a kid. Arwen is a borderline step sister (though he did not meet her until he was older)
