For me, I put myself forward more for once and found myself a place where people share a common interest.

long term wise, I have not let up on learning the guitar, continued to lose weight and maintained a proper intake of food. Cleaned the house on the regular.

it's been hard but eventually it becomes habit

Been regularly going to a UU church (I’m an atheist but it’s not a religious church it’s about being a good person through service and community) and been volunteering at the food bank more and more, actually spent most of today at the food bank doing just that. It’s been an uphill battle but I’m starting to socialize more and maybe even have some budding friendships starting.

So much advice is to lean on your support system but when you don’t have one what are you supposed to do? So I decided to basically just start from scratch and so far so good

Had an argument with bae but we’re getting ready for bed now so I’ll call that a win
