I was planning to be child free and was the last male.i always said I was ending the line. Then I met my wife who wanted kids and since I love her I changed my mind. Now I have two girls so mission accomplished technically.
I have the feeling that a lot of people romantisie being the "dont talk about" part of the family but dont actually are ready to be what it takes to be a shamed member.
