What if we made the mouse's nose red and used it as the dot of the question mark?

Any guidelines? AI allowed? Size requirements?

I'm probably not gonna make one but asking so other ppl have the info.

Have not conversed with the rest of the team, but, personally, I'm not opposed persay to AI, but would certainly put much higher value on hand made banners – I feel like AI lacks creativity, style? If that makes sense, but also If someone can make a decent banner with it I'm not opposed. Size wise, I'd probably shoot for something like 1000x500, though of I can downscale stuff as needed. 2:1-3:2 ish, other communities have banners to see (two ones I've quickly found is [email protected] and [email protected])

How would they even exclude AI?

There's no way to detect if art is AI other than guesswork/inference/hands.

Yeah I'd say it's fine to submit even if it's obviously AI. Ideally a couple of options will get posted and we can see where the upvotes fall (may not happen, idk). Could be something good/cool/silly/ironic whatever the community wants the brand to be.

From looking a bit around 2000x1000 for the banner and 500x500 for the logo seems reasonable.

Two banners to commemorate the guy that asked how to not poop for 3 days

Oh my god I love them. Will set one as a banner soon. Are these AI, out of curiosity?

Yep, these were made with Midjourney AI. I just slapped the text on with my phone editing app so if you want a version without text let me know.

How even? Is it a paid midjourney service? All the online stuff I tried only produced garbage.

2

I'm not sure they offer the free service anymore but I think I paid $80 for a year or something with their basic plan running through discord. I have had a lot of fun with it.

Made some banners for a woodworking community that came out pretty fun too https://lemm.ee/post/449896
