Used the Ooni Karu for the first time in months!
The local farmers market had some frozen dough. Thought why not! Not used the oven in ages. It cooked so well! Did 5 pizza like this for the family with different toppings.

Did you know that "now we're cooking with gas" was a marketing campaign from natural gas companies? They paid Bob Hope to say it until it took off.
I was asking because that pizza oven has the two modes (wood, gas) and I was wondering which one gives such nice results.
