The media keeps talking about this as if they're shocked and surprised and not as though these goals weren't all outlined before they were even elected.

If they had an ounce of decency, they would start out by saying that this is a clear pattern from the administration that goes beyond even basic regulatory capture and is genuinely kleptocracy.

The USA is the old house in a bad neighborhood the billionaires don't want to waste money fixing up. They're stripping the wiring and antique fixtures and then leaving it to rot.

And these are massive "crypto" platforms too, so forget any crypto-anarchist utopian ideas like assassination markets or climate insurance. They'll let you and insider traitors bet on who the USA attacks next.
