Why is my user marked as a bot?
- I have a 🤖 logo next to my username
- I appear to be unable to upvote or downvote anything

There should be a toggle for it under your profile settings
Specifically in the Web interface, not an app.
I suppose it depends on the app. I use Boost which does have it, but im not sure what OP uses

You enabled the bot setting on your account which disabled a load of interactions in exchange for being able to use the account with the API
You can just turn it off again in your account settings
